Chipped Beef Appetizers

1 package(8 oz.)cream cheese, softened
1 carton(8 oz.)sour cream
1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 Tsp. garlic powder
2 jars(2 1/2 oz.)chipped beef
Diced pecans, chopped
Combine cream cheese and sour cream and beat thoroughly. Add onion flakes and garlic powder, then stir in chipped beef and top with pecans. Bake at 350º for 20 min. Serve hot on rye bread rounds. Serves 20

Party Ham Ball

2 4 1/2 oz. cans deviled ham
3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Bottled hot pepper sauce
1 3 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 Tsp. milk
Blend ham, olives, mustard & pepper sauce to taste. Form in ball on serving dish; chill. Combine cream cheese and milk; frost ham ball; chill. Remove from refrigerator 15 min. before serving.

Swedish Meatballs

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 cup light cream
1 1/2 Tsp. onion juice
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 package of brown gravy mix
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mix meal together, soak break crumbs in worcestershire sauce, egg, garlic juice and onion juice, and cream and let stand in refrigerator a couple of hours. Brown in hot oil in frying pan. Remove from skillet. Mix gravy mix and pout in large baking pan. Add meatballs. Cover and cook slowly 30 min. in a 350º oven. Makes about 50 meatballs

Cheddar Sticks

1 lb sharp chedder(shredded)
3 sticks butter
4 cups flour
3 or 4 drops tabasco sauce
Mix ingredients with your hands. If you use and electric mixer the dough will be too fluffy. Make into sticks the size of your little finger and bake at 350º for about 10 to 12 min. Be careful not to brown to much, especially on the bottom.

Meatball Yummies

Step 1: 1 or 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or chuck
1/3 to 1/2 cup very fine bread crumbs
1 egg
2 Tbs. Worcestershire Steak Sauce
Combine and shape into 1" meatballs. Brown in 2 Tbs. oil and Drain. Step 2: Combine 1/3 cup steak sauce, 2 Tbs. sugar and 2 Tbs margarine into skilet with meatballs and simmer, covered for 15 min. Variance for step 2: 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup with 1 Tbs. steak sauce. Transfer meatballs to casserole, cover with above mixture and bake, covered for 15 to 20 min. at 350º.
